With the Perfecta brand there is a bit of controversy, since it seems that it was used by several manufacturers . In 1882 the company E. Simon and Co. was founded. In 1890 it was renamed Simon Burger & Gressot, due to Burger & Gressot becoming partners. In the same year, the mark, Normale, was registered in 1892, the mark Helios and Victoria, and in 1895 the mark de la Friede. In 1882 the company Usine Perfecta was also founded by Jules Prétat, which ended up merging with Simón Burger & Gressot, the year is unknown. They made pocket watches. The PWC brand was created for exports to the USA.
